Excellent course and trainer, very informative and gained a wealth of knowledge and confidence to be more aware of Mental health

Ellender is a fantastic Instructor, she is engaging and gets everyone involved. Her delivery of sometimes difficult topics was handled sensitively and with confidence in a way that made absorbing the relevant information as easy as possible. I had already had some MHFA training, but I definitley learned more and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
