I course was good I found it helpful. As it brought me up to speed on the new terminology regarding mental heath. I also liked the fact that there was only a small group, so that attendees could discuss things , and everyone was encouraged to make their points; which were valid.

very informative. would love to see this done post covid in a face to face setting. But not sure that people would be so open with their own feeling. I found the section on drug and alcohol very informative regarding the effects some of the drugs have on people. superb video showing the pathway to drug addiction, if its not in every school it should be. And in the words of Ann I now know its ok not to be ok. thanks both very much
