A great course, it was uncomfortable at times just because it's hard to be confronted with distressing situations but it made me more confident in my ability to approach and deal with these situations.

Really enjoyed the course, instructors were knowledgeable and responsive to questions and opinions. Given it is quite a difficult topic it was kept light hearted which helped I feel. Thank you for the opportunity to attend.

An excellent course, really in depth. I knew very little about psychosis and the Hearing Voices exercise was incredible. The tutors were brilliant. Thanks!

I feel that the course was designed to allow existing prejudices and assumptions about mental health to be discussed and changed to allow us to perform our responsibilities and duties as Mental Health First Aiders. I feel much better equipped to assess, approach and assist persons who may be in crisis.

Great course. Open, honest and frank discussions took place in a safe environment. I think everyone needs to do this course to be more aware of MH in our society
