Really informative and very important course.

Really good course. Heavy material but dealt with in a sympathetic and sensitive manner. It is quite intense and it may be good to have follow up refresher sessions, it is a lot to take on board. I think it will prove extremely useful for recognising issues.

I have been wanting to do this course for sometime. I would praise the videos - the fact that positive models of how to deal much better than showing how to do it wrong - absolutely fantastic An online manual that can be accessed anywhere when needed would be excellent - it can be protected and it means we will get updates. This is done easily without losing control these days.
