I have had problems with the links and opening the work book etc. It was probably my lack of IT skills but I have been frustrated by not being able to open documents. I think that I needed more simple instructions

Instructor was fantastic. Course material has been a lot to cover but since going virtual it gives time to see the material on the screen(s) and refer back to easily. Practice/exercises - need longer time to discuss amongst groups and have a counter icon displayed constantly or request for a couple of minutes more by hitting the timer button.

The instructor was very good, providing facts and scenarios and talking in person was extremely useful to understand the modules. It was great to speak in person as it meant you could understand and empathise with each other's own experiences. Modules could be improved and there could be better ways to test your knowledge.

The instructor was professional and came across as a caring individual. I thought that the course was excellent and made me look at myself as well as others and has changed my perception on mental health issues .

Feeling enlightened and armed to discuss issues with the Taboo subject of mental health.

I thought that the course was very well presented and delivered in a very professional manner and I would recommend this course. I have learned a great deal from the course and it has dispelled many stigmas surrounding mental health illness. Thank you

It was a massive eye opener to be honest but it was done so well and really got into it
