Excellent resources, particularly the videos and the manual. The discussions were understandably different due to the remote nature but worked as well as they could. Chloe is so personable, positive and reassuring.

The course was very good and got rid of a lot of urban myths that I had. It opened up my thought process and gave me a great insight into the depth of the situation faced in today's society.

The use of breakout room, compassion for the sensitive topics arising and the light humour to release our own stress enabled further concentration for the next scenario. A hard/ physical copy of the manual would have been much easier to read through and access. A fantastic course which has given me the tool to assist with mental illness.
