Hannah was friendly and informative. She was able to provide information that is relevant to me, supporting young adults in my job role. Would happily do further courses with Hannah 😁

I very much enjoyed this course, and found it to be the most interesting thing I have done at work so far. The instructor, Steve spoke with an infectious passion for the subject which really rubbed off, as a result I will be pursuing the two day mental health first aider course. I believe it can only benefit my new role as wellbeing and training coordinator. Thanks again Steve.

PAUL WAS GREAT AND ENCOURAGED OPEN CONVERSATION AND INPUT FROM EVERYONE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF DAY. EXERCISES AND BREAKOUT ROOMS WERE VERY EFFECTIVE AND HELPED PARTICIPANTS TO SHARE PROFESSIONAL INSIGHT AND EXPEREINCES. LAST TWO MODULES WERE EXTREMLY HELPFUL WHEN ADDRESSING PSYCHOSIS AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE

A well run course. The online nature of the delivery was not detrimental to discussion and challenge. Contributions from participants and Paul / Sarah-Jane's approach ensured that we all had an opportunity to develop our ideas and look to enhance the provision of MHFA at St David's College. Course materials and the book were excellent. Many thanks both.
