the course was extremely informative both on-line and webinars. I think I would like to see a refresher course in 12-18 months.

Stephen and Ann were enthusiastic teachers. I enjoyed watching the video clips and talking through the case scenarios. I think role playing the scenarios in pairs perhaps would give better practise in talking through and using methods to help someone in mental distress.

Really good course, feel better equiped and more comfortable in approaching situations. Interactive which is great and keeps you engaged.
