I found the course very interesting with some good discussions taking place and enjoyed the exercises.

Although it is a hard subject to talk about I found it very interesting. This type of course encourages greater awareness of mental health conditions.

Gabby was a brilliant course instructor and I found all of the material extremely interesting. I definitely learnt a lot and feel better prepared to deal with a situation where I believe someone is struggling with their mental health.

Gabby was great, she ensured we understood each section thoroughly and created a safe environment for the course/discussion.

Enjoyable, Rachele was a good instructor and was friendly, informative, and made the course content interesting.

I would have liked the two webinar sessions to be further apart. I found it difficult to take in all the information presented over two days

Felt some of the modules we covered were interesting but not as likely to be handled in the situation we are being MHFA trained (work). For example I feel it would have been more beneficial to understand how to approach eating disorders and gambling opposed to psychosis as these are potentially more likely to come up in a work scenario. However, I did find the psychosis module very interesting and would be interested to understand more.

Really straightforward easy to follow instructor was fab answered questions directed us to appropriate information

The manual is an excellent resource. It would be good If MHMWales have ongoing access to it.
