Really enjoyed the training, learnt a lot and the discussions with the group were very helpful.
Very informative, instructors gave plenty of advice and were very knowledgeable. Plenty of self care advice given. Instructors were always making sure that we were okay with the course and made us aware of what to do if we needed any help or support etc.
