Very well presented and really informative

Very informative, gave me a much better and broader insight into Mental Health which I appreciate.

Dave was a great trainer, the content was quite deep at times however Dave checked in with us throughout the day and was very re-assuring! I left the course feeling very confident and understand my role a a MHFA. I would highly recommend this course to others, Dave is a credit to St Johns :)

Dave was amazing. I didn't expect so much open conversation about people's personal experiences with mental ill health. However, I think it really added to the session and made it realistic. I had an amazing time and it has really changed my mindset for the better. I look forward to helping people with everything I have learned.

Very informative, excellent life resource

Really informative training session. Lovely to have the session so interactive, and to be ale to be an active participant. This kept it interesting. Trainer was very informative, kept it interested and fed back after each activity with her own opinions and advice on dealing with different situations

I found the course very helpful and are better prepared to support someone.
