I really enjoyed the course, i feel i have benefited from this course and Rachele was a fabulous trainer, thank you very much. She made me feel at ease throughout the training and i am glad i undertook the course. I have a better understanding of MHFA and would recommend this training.

The course gave me lots of useful practical information and now I feel much more comfortable to help those in need.

Very informative information- feel alot more confident in approaching someone who may be potentially in need of help.
