The course was really informative and gave really good examples and stories that were real life so could understand situations more easily. Even though this is a tough emotional subject was facilitated in an interesting and easy way to help talk about difficult situations. Some really good tools provided like the jam jar and the continuum to see where people may be. The venue was nice but not very good with refreshments. It is also isolated to be able to go out for food if unable to bring any.

Course was delivered brilliantly and in an engaging way,Bethan was superb and made the course fascinating for me.

Learned a lot of new things but also helped me learn and fully understand the knowledge I already knew and give me complete confirmation. It helped the trainer Bethan was lovely and got everyone involved and didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable

The Miriam was in session 1 and the voice exercise in2- they were very affective as part of the course thank you very much

Give me a better understanding

This course was one of the best courses I have attend in my 36 years in BCBC. Steve was an outstanding facilitator, his manner and explanations were very easy to understand and follow not only professionally , personally as well. The two days were so up lifting for me, I feel it would benefit all professionals to attend this training, just outstanding. Steve was excellent in encouraging the group to partake which made this training enjoyable. Excellent, training and Steve is just outstanding. The venue was good, although refreshments need to be in another room as the coffee machine was so loud and interfered with group work.

It was flexible, a good mix of interactive and home study and comprehensive with great aftercare.
