Overall the sessions were very informative. Quite challenging doing them on Zoom, but still good. Prefer classroom style

Really informative course. Well presented. Lot’s of real life experiences discussed which was great. Would love an annual refresher to ensure yo yo date information and ‘check IM’s’

Really enjoyed the course, and Kim’s enthusiasm. It helped to have real life examples from Kim and other participants.

Very informative course would have preferred face to face but not possible due to COVID. A few technical issues so discussions not really possible but very interesting and I feel much better informed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and the e-learning - I did find myself a bit shy in the first lesson but after coming out of my shell a bit more as the lessons progressed I really enjoyed it. I think the e-learning should be highlighted before the course induction, or the same day as the induction, via an alternative method (e.g. in the login email) - this is just because not everyone was in the induction so they would have missed the part about the e-learning until we received the later emails which would have given them a shorter period of time. The e-learning part of the course though was extremely helpful and informative and I think having that bit more time would be beneficial to allow more detailed notes to be taken. I also think having a digital copy of the handbook would be useful to keep, to make sure we have the information to hand for future use that we can access even on our mobiles.

Excellent job by our instructor, Gabby! Only potential thing to comment on would be the areas of focus and how to make the course as relevant as possible. For example, the chances of encountering someone with psychosis are presumably quite small (especially if you're doing MHFA for your workplace). However, things like gambling addition are more common so perhaps these mental health issues could be prioritised?

It would have been nice to experience the training as a group and see people face to face but this is not an option to current circumstances. I thought the videos were really good as it made me understand how to approach a person by them describing what their experiences are and what they experience it made you more aware of the stigma surrounding their conditions and how they are treated.

Instructor was great and very insightful, very helpful. Course felt a bit "on rails"? I don't know how to describe it better, but whilst there was good discussion and good breakout sessions, it didn't feel as good as it could have been?

Found the course really helpful and found out some things which were news to me and that I was not aware of before which was great. On the course content, it would be helpful to have a downloaded version or printable version for ease of use if helping someone in a crisis.

Modules could be more interactive, videos also could be shorter and perhaps British or not just Australian, perhaps could be a mixture of accents, more diverse.
