Rob, as a mental health support worker myself I could feel your passion and encouragement to engage with us on every topic with care and due attention. It was great to refresh and recharge already acquired skills and add more . It was fab to see everyone really engage and take on board everything with compassion and sensitivity . Thank you Rob learnt more to add on to my tool list and remind myself of the importance of good mental health triage . I’d enjoy this in future as a face to face as well .

Laura and Emma were excellent instructors, engaging the participants and explaining the course content extremely well, whilst ensuring the wellbeing of every participant. They were knowledgeable and encouraging. It was clear that all participants were motivated to learn and understand and to use the knowledge gained to help their colleagues and others. I feel much better equipped to face situations where a person might need help and/or support in managing their mental health and am glad to be a part of this endeavour by CTM to help people maintain their mental wellbeing.
