David is an excellent teacher for the course and clearly has much experience in this field. He gave lots of real life examples that helped you fully understand how people react differently in difficult situations.. This face to face training, together with the workbooks that were easy to navigate and very informative, has given me extra confidence in how to handle and what to say to people who are experiencing Mental Health issues.
