Another great training session with Bethan Her very professional but approachable style brings out the best of everyone which is a skill when you are dealing with difficult topics
The course was very good and Steve the trainer was excellent. The practical sessions were really informative and helped in the understanding of the topics being taught. I now feel much more equipped to be able to talk and help people who need mental first aid.
