Really informative course. The discussions and exercises were very relevant. Louise and Andrea were both very knowledgeable and made it interesting and varied throughout. I would definitely recommend it.

An informative and thought provoking training package. The instructors were engaging and knowledgeable. The handbook is a very useful resource to use in practice. The tasks instructing application of ALGEE are effective and help build confidence in using the MHFA Action Plan.

Great course very informative learned lots over the 2 days Venue - good, calm room plenty of food and drinks. Room was a bit cold the first day but was better in day 2

The course was really helpful and explored a range of different mental health conditions and scenarios. Peer discussions were encouraged and provided helpful insights into real life experiences. The training felt safe and inclusive. I now feel better prepared to support others experiencing mental health distress.
