Brilliant course with excellent content. Really hard hitting on such a difficult conversation which is needed. Enjoyed the break out rooms / interactive aspects. Huw and Elise were brilliant :-)
The course was a good eye opener into how to deal and cope with mental health issues, and how to apply this to daily life and work situations. Great use of exercises and videos to learn from and apply to real life situations.
