Very useful course, especially to listen to Layla bringing her experience on situations, very practical and realistic, giving us confidence to use the tools. The 4 is slightly off 5 because the materials could be easier to use in practice, particularly the manual.

Steve is a credit to the course, his ability to engage was incredible and made the intense nature of the subject manageable and although possibly a little taboo with regards to the subject it was actually fun. I would not hesitate in recommending others to attend in the future and it has re-ignited my desire to become a mental health Counsellor again.
