Bethan is a knowledgeable and engaging trainer. She clearly has a wealth of experience and is able to communicate and share it in an engaging and interactive way. Bethan knows how to get the best out of her participants. I was also lucky to be able to spend time with such an engaging group of people.

Sharon's approach to the course enabled a smooth and comfortable learning experience. I now have a clearer understanding of how to approach a colleague I think may need help and the resources to offer assistance. Thank you.
