A very informative course delivered in a mindful way - Instructors were respectful and patient and tried to include everyone in the topics covered. The course instils a non-judgemental mindset, key to this supportive role, giving confidence on how to recognise and approach these difficult subjects and the next steps involved.

Thank you to Lisa and Claire for leading a really interesting course. For breakout discussions it would have been helpful to produce something (a Jambord possibly?) with all of us able to access later as a reminder.Response : Hi Sally, thank you for the feedback. That is definitely something we could look into doing in future.

As a mental health sufferer myself, I found the course to be interesting and packed full of interesting information that I can apply to others in situations. I feel that I have gained enough knowledge to become a mental health first aider
