Fantastic course, probably the most beneficial course i have been on, more so to better understand, recognise and deal with issues currently going on in my personal life

The course was excellently delivered with some hard hitting and uncomfortable subjects that needed to be discussed to prepare us to effectively help someone if the situation arose.

Really good. Lots of tools given and now more well equipped to recognise people’s tell tale signs of needing help. Really enjoyed. Well worth giving the time to attend.

The instructor was brilliant, made me feel very welcoming and created a lovely atmosphere within the group despite it being online. Considering the nature of the topics, he kept it interesting and spoke well. The materials were brilliant and very informative. I really enjoyed the discussions, break out rooms and scenarios. It enabled us know put the theory into practice which is very important. I would recommend this course to anyone!
