I think Leah was very informative and I feel like I have learn a lot from this course. This course has given me a huge confident boost in my role to deal with these types of situations. It is great having the formula of ALGEE to use when talking to students about problems. I feel the content was very useful and specific to my job as a Progress Course but it also covered aspects that I have not experienced with my students, so I now feel confident if a situation like this arose.
