Very informtive and helpful. Handbook is really good and course is full of really good information and strategies to apply in a variety of situations. I think there is a need for updated stats and information post-covid if possible. Some resources such as websites or apps to have in mind would be helpful as well.

Very imformative

The course was really engaging and I found it had the perfect balance of presentations, group discussion and smaller group work. I learned a lot and feel I could confidently apply mental health first aid in both a personal and professional capacity. Both intstructors were engaging and created a safe and welcoming space for the group.

Tony was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the course he was very engaging & I thought is presentation was excellent. I have learnt lots today, and having a great trainer always helps. He is an asset to your team, what a lovely man!
