Excellent course. This has helped me as a line manager in how to respond to different situations & Conversations.

The course went much deeper than I expected and was incredibly useful in life as well as in work. It really helped me to understand what many people are dealing with, and how to more sensitively and usefully support them in the moment, and also signpost them to resources, and also to be able to seek support myself. Thanks to Alan and also to our lovely group for being sensitive, funny and supportive throughout.

I was fortuate to be a part of an inquisitive and enthusiatic group. This was in no small part due to Hannah and Lauren managing to keep everyone engaged throughout both workshops.

Very interesting, engaging and interactive training. The manual and modules were informative and easy to navigate. The online training sessions helped with understanding and to consolidate the knowledge from the modules and manual. The facilitators were knowledgable, professional and very engaging. The scenarios and break out room discussions were very helpful too. Learning materials were easily accessible and my certificate is already available.
