I enjoyed the course. I think it gave a good overall outline of the course, and the contents and videos were great visual aids

I found this course really interesting and feel that I have been able to take away a lot of information from this. I feel I have a better understanding of how to approach situations following this course.

I found the course to be very informative however I have dealt with individuals with mental health issues both severe and mild and would feel confident in using the ALGEE model even more following this course.

Ive enjoyed the training. Its made me be more open minded to when someone is in crisis. Its given me the information on how best to approach someone when feeling suicidal. I liked that the training was interactive to have discussions with the team

A brilliant course which was delivered in a good sized group, with a good balance of presentation slides, discussion and activities. I liked the way that Jane allowed us to discuss things as a group as it meant that everyone was able to share their story too, which helped us to bond as a group and therefore share comfortably. Thank you!

Great venue knowledgable presenter, content was more than enough to fill the time and plenty more to continue reading about. The group were respectful and engaging which made it more enjoyable.

Such an amazing and interesting course. Jane was a phenomenal facilitator and covered all the topics in a way that everyone understood. Lots of questions and answers done within the group setting. Great course. I believe we had a good group of attendees that debated throughout the course. Perhaps the course should encourage more classroom debate if needed. We didn’t need that encouragement! We had a room change for the second day. Because it was a flat roofed building it was difficult to hear due to the rain for a good part of the second day. Overall the course was well worth doing for me
