Found the course to be extremely informative and has provided me with the knowledge and further awareness of mental health and the framework on how to approach and talk with some who may be going through a mental health crisis

great course and very informative useful and practical.

Thanks for holding this for us, I really enjoyed this and it was great to have an opportunity to share learning and experience. It's a real shame that so many did not turn up and the benefits of the event certainly outweighed any progress in a normal working Monday! Great work guy's!
