The materials used are first class and the referencing of quality reads is very helpful for those new to role

The course was very easy to understand throughout. It had a very relaxed and "feel free to speak up" atmosphere which I liked. In terms of contents, the character analysis was very interesting. I would like to make use of this knowledge in business as well as in personal relationships and see how effective it actually is.

This module has been really useful and will look to utilise the tools and techniques to enhance my management style.

I am picking up lots from the course and really enjoy the structure of presentation, break-out sessions and further discussion. I found the 'becoming an effective coach' very interesting but probably also the most daunting and challenging, even though appreciating that it was a mere touch point with some tips and thoughts to takeaway and help with future management.

Brilliant course going to look for more!
