It was very insightful. I really learnt a lot.

The training was very good and showed you different ways to use different pieces of equipment, there wasn’t too much information all in the one go. I enjoyed that most of the information was given during practical lessons.

Some technical problems with Zoom - Teams may be easier, though this may not apply for all organisations

Informative session, though difficult to engage when you had not yet experienced menopause. Break out discussions as to how to support colleagues or friends might have been good. Overall I enjoyed the course and the trainer was lovely, very well informed and very open.
