The course was extremely informative and the trainer's knowledge an understanding of the subject matter was excellent. She was encouraging, supportive and her feedback was excellent being both constructive and clear. The group learning is an imperative component of this course and I do feel face to face input for the content material would be of far greater benefit. Discussion groups online are good but are prone to technical difficulties when creating breakout rooms etc. Overall though an excellent learning experience of a very in depth subject.
