Course good. Thought the training was geared towards an ideal world. Not a lot on what could happen with dementia residents. Trainer very good between fun and serious.

Well knowledged instructor

The content and the trainer were good. The format on teams was difficult and connection issues made hearing some parts difficult. The level of homework and out of hours work was not adequately communicated prior to the course. I believe to improve this course it should be over 3 weeks and in a class room.
