Engaging & knowledgeable trainer however feel that supporting booklet could have been more comprehensive; several topics missing.

I feel it was great, the breaks gave you time to digest and reset and be ready to continue with the other parts of the course.

In the absence of practical, face to face delivery, the course delivered a basic understanding for those new to care but no replacement for practical. Patrizia was bubbly and engaging and delivered the course really well.
