Was instructive and i learnt basic knowledge to understand more how brain works in ABI situations.

Too much on anatomy and not enough of how to actually care for people.

Good. The training could have started on time and not wait for the late comers. Explain some boundaries as people tended to be distracted or being distracting to others. For example, no phones being used expect for essential use. Provide some biscuits or sandwiches for lunch.

I Thought the course was very informative and enlightening, there was a lot of content that i hadn't thought of before.

Very good - obviously would benefit from being in a room together, but Zoom a suitable alternative to being cancelled. Would like more chances to be the facilitator & more examples of phrases to use to help with the discussions

The pace of the training was quite slow and I didn't feel like she was adequately knowledgeable to train the medication side of the course as she was unable to answer many common questions on cpr and dislodging severe obstructions in the airways, especially to do with people with medical conditions like cerebral palsy or osteoporosis.

Great introduction to MMD, Parkinson's and Huntingdon's, well paced and very interesting. There was a lot of background noise from other people in the group which made it difficult to hear and follow the presentation at times.

Good course and very useful in organisations with a positive culture.
