The trainer was good, but there was too much material for this to be covered in one day. There wasn't really time for review or interaction at each stage. It may have been better if the presentation had been sent out in advance for people to read and we could have went through it in more detail

Course content was useful and delivered with with participation from all encouraged. Unfortunately 3 stars as communication proved difficult and part of the course was missed. DSM use Teams but had to switch to Zoom that most employees are not familiar with. Look forward to the course next week!

It was useful but more geared towards managers dealing with employees rather than peer to peer or client relationships.

Good information reiterated the importance of understanding the different types of infection and the ways in which transition can be stopped. Trainer made the course interactive rather a lesson as such which I enjoyed.

I felt that the course was a little rushed given the broad subject matter, it could have been another half day longer. This does not sit well on Zoom as we are talking about awareness of peoples' feelings and mental wellbing, the format creates a distance. Finally, I would have like to have received the course contnet & resources a little earlier (they arrived only a couple of days before

a lot of information delivered mostly through chat- i prefer to have some visual support, eg slides etc to refer to. Demonstrations were good. was expecting some physical checklists to take away today, eg list of best practice poor practice things to support in Team Leader obs. was a lot more like the standard M+H training than I was expecting
