Very enjoyable!

Patrizia is a very impressive trainer - immensely knowledgeable, lively and animated. Passionate and enthusiastic about social care and the topics she was covering. Patrizia is highly articulate, confident un-self-conscious and talks confidently & freely without a script bringing a great sense of humour with her, whilst always being highly professional.

Overall the course was explained well with participation from group with question and answers. Would have been good to have the training in physical environment but also transferred well online.

I found the course to be very informative

Only thing is that I would really have liked face to face for moving and handing and first aid but this can't be helped due to climate. Patriza was great !

i found the course useful, although some of the information to begin was familiar, that is a good thing as it gives one confidence in what we were doing. The course kept our attention, it was useful that it was multi disciplinary and i do feel that we have come away with a set of tools that will be a useful addition in our work. I have spoken to Jan about doing a debrief soon to use the skills or to have another practice. it is important to use this soon to maintain momentum and gain confidence using the tool, I do think that staff would find this helpful

I feel this course has helped me develop skills I can use in my work, to help support colleagues who are experiencing stress, anxiety or have encountered difficult situations. It has given me a framework I can use to guide discussions, which I will definitely use.

Really interesting course. It was 5 days in length which possibly for our group was a bit too long as a lot of the information on days 1&2 we was already familiar with us due to our employment in Healthcare. (We had already mentioned this at the end of day 5.) Course was facilitated very well and was very inclusive, felt 'safe'. Learning about the CISD cycle was very informative Although 'role play' is at times uncomfortable, learnt a lot from the role play. Reflecting on what I would do differently next time.

Great course well explained with mixture of video and physical demonstrations to give a more in depth understanding of course content.
