a lot of information delivered mostly through chat- i prefer to have some visual support, eg slides etc to refer to. Demonstrations were good. was expecting some physical checklists to take away today, eg list of best practice poor practice things to support in Team Leader obs. was a lot more like the standard M+H training than I was expecting

Excellent course, trainer very knowledgeable in this area. Great use of power point videos hands on training and plenty options to ask questions.
