Enjoyed the whole two courses and learned a lot more information

it was a well delivered session and the communication was clear. The videos were also helpful.

In the absence of practical, face to face delivery, the course delivered a basic understanding for those new to care but no replacement for practical. Patrizia was bubbly and engaging and delivered the course really well.
