Very informative and relevant in current environment

Trainer's understanding of how to use Zoom was limited, resulting in minor blips e.g. showing documents on line. Training and better preparation on Zoom is a must to make the course run smoothly. Now that COVID restrictions have been significantly reduced, Courses need to be back in the classroom to maximise the learning opportunity - I am, however, coming from never been off work or even worked from home at the height of COVID restrictions. There is a lack of follow up to ensure that the training session are then acted upon. I would like to see objectives agreed with the employer where evidence is required that the learning objectives have been successfully carried out before the Certificate is presentation. I received the Certificate without providing evidence that I have conducted any of the learning objectives.

Course was overall good with some good ideas to move forward with.

short course for a taster in Mental Health awareness, I thought the course went well and was very informative. Marc was able to put example's into real life situations and make it more relatable.
