I really enjoyed the course. I though it was very well structured and facilitated. I was worried about completing it over zoom, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it went and how we could communicate easily. I also liked the regular change between theory and practical. Thank you very much!

Fanastic course and wonderful leader.

I really enjoyed the course felt very involved,. It also brought some of my own hidden insecurities out which helped in the group. The group participants were diverse professionals which made the discussions very helpful an open.

I enjoyed being in the session with different team members from other departments. Also, appreaciate the participation and interaction with different individuals.

I really feel I have got a lot out of this course. The course was enjoyable. The format was good and well balanced with plenty of theoretical work and practical break out groups. There were plenty of breaks which well timed so that focus was maintained. The trainer was excellent, he was able to put people at ease while keeping them focused and on track.

I think the moving and assisting training is better to do in person because its more of a practical task and isn't something you can learn properly on a zoom call. But the trainer was good and learnt me a lot for my job role, but i understand why its on zoom because of the current circumstances we are under at the moment.

Patrizia Marrone provided a clear and full details explanation of the topics covered. Really satisfied with the training received and this will help me surely in doing my job in a more efficient way.
