I felt the course was really well presented and the trainer was brilliant, he kept it interesting and i felt it very easy to follow. The course was very informative, especially as i have never done any first aid training before this.

Really friendly, engaging speaker (Patrizia Morrone) who used a combination of speaking, powerpoint and videos which worked very well. She conducted the space in a way that made us feel safe to ask questions and was very responsive to everything we contributed. She often linked the concepts and points to real life examples which helped put things into context and us to fully gauge with the terminology. The only thing I would change is to put content warnings in the presentation containing types of burns prior to showing the fairly graphic images of burns. I'm personally okay with it but I'd imagine it may be triggering for some people.

Very Informative class. This was my first class on Health and Safety, CPR, and Choking. The trainer was patient enough to help everyone understand and enjoy the class.

Really useful course and given our requirements, covid and the fact that we had to finish it off remotely, cant thank Alastair enough for his great facilitation and excellent flexibility
