Enjoyed the face to face course as i feel you learn much more

It was a really thorough course, specially considering it is an introductory one. Everyone was engaged, there were good conversations and came out of it with new tools.

I was looking forward to this course and it did not disappoint. Training material was factual and Alastair was able to talk through the material and answer all questions which were asked based on his experience. Although a small group attended only due to absence, this was to the attendees advantage. Really enjoyed the 2 days.

I’m actually going implement the traffic light process for my care plans as they need work, be using to see exactly where we are, done this as an exercise with the costs.
