Very informative and given plenty of time to ask questions to get a full understanding of topics

I was looking forward to this course and it did not disappoint. Training material was factual and Alastair was able to talk through the material and answer all questions which were asked based on his experience. Although a small group attended only due to absence, this was to the attendees advantage. Really enjoyed the 2 days.

I’m actually going implement the traffic light process for my care plans as they need work, be using to see exactly where we are, done this as an exercise with the costs.

I found the training helpful and thought provoking. I enjoyed the course being interactive and the opportunity to discuss and learn from others too. Also feeling able to openly express thoughts, experiences and opinions was extremely good for all involved.
