Pauline is amazing! I was fully engaged throughout the training session and learned lots of useful information.

Really enjoyable course. Initial “icebreakers” helped bring everyone out their shell and more comfortable in talking freely through the different stages of the course. Pauline was very enthusiastic and brought a lot of energy to the course which helped set the tone as well.
