Very interesting session. I liked the interactivity and felt that Alastair covered the different topics well and fully explained each part.

I thought we could have got to the point quicker. The course was twice as long as it needed to be - it could have been completed in half the time. The course leader read from the slides so the impact was that it was less engaging than it could have been.

It was really and amazing, insightful and very informative training. It has shaped my understanding more on the topics and I am very delighted to undergone rhe training.

Really enjoyable course. Initial “icebreakers” helped bring everyone out their shell and more comfortable in talking freely through the different stages of the course. Pauline was very enthusiastic and brought a lot of energy to the course which helped set the tone as well.
