Very relevant and important for my job role

The course was excellent, with easy-to-follow and easy-to-digest theory put into practice. The team conversations were inspiring and insightful. The trainer was energetic, entertaining and experienced in this field; the time flew by without a dull moment.

Pauline was great at delivering this material keeping the whole room interactive with the content all day (Good laughs in-between also which makes the training much more fun). Suzanne is an excellent trainer who clearly knows her subject matter extremely well. She approached the subject in a sensitive manner and kept engagement going throughout, which really helps to embed the training
