I really enjoyed the training and the host was very good. The training was very engaging and Patricia carried everyone along, I will say its the best training I have attended so far

It was an excellent course, I had an amazing experience the course is very dynamic and based on my experience with other trainings I can say that Pauline Higgins is made for it. Her attitude brings the trainee together involved in the course, in addition, the examples brought to us is 100 percent applicable in my day-to-day work.

I felt that the 4 days where required to cover all the information that was put forward to the class. I thoroughly enjoyed the lay out of the course, class involvement and interaction was really good. The knowledge of the teacher came across very well as every question put forward was answered and shown to the class where to find information may we need to look for it in the future. Overall really enjoyed the class.

I found the course to be one of the best I’ve been on. Pauline really took the time to tailor the course to the working environment and was engaging and energetic. The role-play and opportunity to throw in questions, opinions and such during that was also really helpful.
