good course

I feel I have learnt information that I can apply to my role going forward. I enjoyed the course but find this would have been better completed in a face to face environment.

Andrew the facilitator was very clear, concise and clear. He was friendly and approachable, very enjoyable

I enjoyed it. I felt respected and got the time to express my opinions although having strong accent. The course covered topics currently valid. Course support was available through email, phone, and chat regarding the adminstrations.

i felt at ease with lukes teaching methods it helps information to sink in when its engaging and amusing i would be very happy to attend another course taught by luke
