Good course knowledge of instructor was very good..
Helpful hints and tips provided. Probably more useful for new starters. Some of the content was repetitive so it could possibly be completed in less time.
I Thought Kate did an excellent job in explaining the whole meaning of Mental Health from every angle it made me think of how strong I thought I was compared to how I really am . she is a lovely Lady and made me feel very comfortable to talk to and ask questions and I would love to do a further course on this as it was very informative and interesting . Thank you Kate keep doing what your doing we need more people like you to be open and understanding . its nice to be nice Donna
As an electrician in the RM, I am not allowed to perform mechanical isolations. As such learning about them, though interesting, was probably a waste of time. I suggest the course could be improved by streamlining the material to be more relevant to the tradesmen in attendance.
The course was relevant to my work and I was able to use examples from my experience in order to clarify points. There were lots of examples of theory (eg acronyms etc) which were posited as guidance and strategies for change. An improvement could have been the addition of some concrete examples of change implementation (e.g. for communicating change and getting buy in - perhaps a video of a change consultation taking place?). Despite a few IT hiccups in general this was a good session.
