Decent course but after having completed the IEMA certificate, parts were repetitive (already covered) with not as much depth. Would recommend doing this or IEMA foundation first before moving on.
Instructor was engaging yet not all of the course was applicable to ourselves.
George delivered the course excellently and engages you throughout the whole training. The 'post lunch slump' that you usually feel on training courses was not present as the content and delivery was engaging at all times. The synergy between George and Andrew during the tutorials was incredibly useful.
A thoroughly engaging course with instructors who help to motivate and push attendees to achieve their best. Being new to managing, I personally would have licked an extra day so that each topic could be covered in greater detail.
Lynne was a brilliant facilitator. We are a company of quick thinkers and fast paced individuals and so provided Lynne with feedback after the first day regarding more content less experience. She really considered that feedback for the second day which was appreciated by us all. Lynne was very engaging and really tried to understand what our company was trying to achieve and how the learning could support that. It was a brilliant 2 days
Increased my knowledge over the last three days and looking forward to implement fresh ideas and motivation to the site team.
Lynne didn't quite hit the mark on day 1, which she is aware of but pulled it out of of the bag on day 2. Hugely impressed by how she was able to acknowledge and act on the feedback she received.
