Good refresher course with just enough new knowledge gained

The course was engaging and helpful for the future

I think it would be useful to have more practical examples. Perhaps the morning is the course content and the afternoon is numerous examples of slinging and lifting. (Appreciate this is dependent on what is available on site, no access on our site on the day so would need to have pre planned )
