Good course - glad i took part - i feel much more confident in my ability now to help someone who is struggling or in crisis
Very interesting course especially through Teams the Provider did very well considering the circumstances
Sometimes found the pace of the course too fast. Wasn't given time to try and replicate what was being shown on screen. Left to try and work out examples on your own. Which I personally didn't like.
Preferred the training being covered over 3 session rather than one. The trainer covered areas that we wanted to learn more about and covered more modern techniques introduced by excel over the years. Useful training guide.
Initially I was not sure about learning remotely from home. But because of the current climate and the fact that there was a small cohort I actually found it was sensible and productive way of learning.
