I had heard great feedback from my colleagues that attended the course last year so I was already looking forward to it. After experiencing the course myself I found it incredibly engaging, interesting and insightful. I had the opportunity to strengthen my relationships with my colleagues I wouldn’t usually work so closely with and understand more about them as people and how we all work together. I found it quite eye opening to look at myself in situations and judge myself based on that initial reaction. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and Ian was a very interesting and engaging trainer. Dip was a great trainer, I really found the course insightful and was a great introduction to me in my new role as an ESG Coordinator. The course I was on only had 2 trainees, including myself, and I really enjoyed that it was so small. I know it was supposed to be bigger, but I find that I am not so confident in bigger groups so it was great for me to feel confident enough to get involved in the conversation.
This was only the Management LEAN review course facilitated with Andrew, but it was important to link the content with what was being taught with the main Manufacturing teams. These few hours provided me with this link to converse with projects & content with the teams going forward on our LEAN journey as a business. Thank you.
